GBA celebrates 30th anniversary of martyrs day on June 30

Accra, June 29, GNA - The Ghana Bar Association (GBA) in collaboration with the Judiciary, will observe the 30th anniversary of the Martyrs Day with a Remembrance Service for the three murdered Justices of the High Court on Saturday, June 30 at the Cathedral Church of the Most Holy Trinity.

They were, the late Mr Justice Fred Poku Sarkodee, Mrs Justice Cecilia Koranteng-Addow and Mr Justice Kwadwo Agyei Agyepong.

A statement issued in Accra on Friday, copied to Ghana News Agency, said Reverend Dr. J.O.Y. Mante, President, Trinity Theological Seminary would be the guest preacher.
