Wutah Kobby goes solo

Accra, Aug. 15, GNA - Daniel Morris, popularly known as Wutah Kobby in the entertainment industry, on Wednesday announced his decision to perform as a solo artist.

He said: "Although I have been together with Papa Virus (PV), playing reggae over the years, it is now time to go solo and I will use the opportunity to embark on various social responsibility activities to promote and enhance business programmes."

Morris, who was at a press conference in Accra to re-launch his new brand dubbed: ‘Wutah Kobby', said the decision was based on business considerations but not just to part with his colleague, PV.

He said the brand would help create jobs for individuals and institutions in the music industry.

Wutah Kobby, who launched a new song titled “chio chio,” said he would soon produce another song on “Peace for Election 2012” with Sandra of the TV3, ‘Talented Kids’ fame.
