Accra, Aug. 1, GNA - The Executive Council, Clergy and members of Winners’ Chapel International (WCI) Worldwide on Wednesday prayed to God to keep the unity and peace of the country intact.
A statement issued by Bishop David Oyedepo, President of WCI and copied to the Ghana News Agency in Accra said "We wish to express our heartfelt condolence to the Government and Ghanaians on the passing away of the late Professor John Evans Atta Mills. It is our prayer that God of Heaven will keep the unity and peace of the country intact".
“Indeed, it is a great loss but God of all consolation will turn this painful loss into good for the entire nation of Ghana.”
"Please accept our sympathy. We pray that God will strengthen the hearts of his surviving wife and family and the entire nation, "it added.
